The On Point Approach

Here at On Point Psychology, we believe that everyone has the ability to make positive change to our lives and to ourselves. Changes such as these are not always easy to make and our goal is to help clients discover and use the tools that can identify and facilitate these changes. Our approach focuses on assisting clients with achieving something that they can take away from each appointment, and then work on at home to improve their life day by day, ultimately leading to large-scale improvements over time.

Our psychologists have experience working with a diverse range of people facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, stress, and grief and loss.We work with adults, young people, couples, the LGBTQ community, as well as members from many different ethnic backgrounds.
